Service Description

We offer a valuable & priceless mobile tire replacement service when a vehicle encounters a flat and there is NO SPARE TIRE present within the vehicle that can be installed onto the vehicle as a backup spare tire. We call this the NO SPARE TIRE service where we travel out to a vehicle.... we jack the vehicle up, remove the lug nut bolts that hold the wheel onto the vehicle.... we collect the FULL PAYMENT for the entire service including the ost of the replacement tire directly from the customer at that point in time.... we then depart from the vehicle & driver's current breakdown location and transport the rim & tire assembly which has the flat tire on it to a local tire shop tire dealer where we would in essence be purchasing a replacement tire on the behalf of and in the absence of the customer who remained with the vehicle in question.... the local tire shop tire dealer would then remove the flat tire from the customer's rim & tire assembly and replace it with either the exact tire size or a recommended alternative tire size that will definitely fit onto the rim in an attempt to get the vehicle going & drive able again.... we then travel back to the vehicle and imstall the rim & tire assembly back onto the vehicle.... we place the lug nuts back onto the wheel studs.... we then tighten the lug nuts / bolts.... we then lower the vehicle and at that point in time.... the mobile tire replacement request is mutually considered complete therefore restoring the mobility of the vehicle once again. We, Back Riding Roadside Assistance are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the replacement tire that was installed onto the vehicle nor are we responsible for the craftmanship or any unforseen problems regarding the replacement tire that was provided by the 3rd party tire shop tire dealer. Should any issues arise at any point in time after the completion of the mobile tire replacement service, we will direct the customer to the 3rd party tire shp tire dealer that provided the replacement tire for the vehicle.
